Login Instructions
Username = Enter your first initial + last name (i.e. John Smith
would sign in as JSmith).
In instances where members have the same first initial + last
name, we have added a numeric suffix to each of the user names
(e.g. JDoe1; JDoe2; etc). When you log into the web site, please
use the Username that was sent to you via mail.
Password = Member number
