Bald Peak Colony Club offers three locations for housing of our seasonal employees.

We have a three-story dormitory known as "The Ritz". This original building was completely renovated several years ago and can house up to 40 staff. The first floor has five married couple apartments complete with living room, bedroom, private bath and shower. These five apartments share a common kitchen and laundry facility. The second floor has sixteen rooms with every room sharing a bathroom. The third floor (men's floor)has fifteen rooms varying in size with the same amenities as the second floor. All rooms on the third floor share a common bathroom and shower room. 

The second dormitory known as "The Fore Seasons," is located adjacent to the The Ritz and has 10 rooms with every room sharing a bathroom.  The Fore Seasons has a common kitchen area and laundry facility for the residents to use.

All rooms in the Ritz and Fore Seasons have basic cable, wireless internet and are air-conditioned and heated. The rooms are spacious and have a closet, bed, desk, bureau and easy chair. Staff are not allowed to cook in their rooms, but may bring a small microwave and coffee pot.

The Common Building directly behind the Ritz houses a large TV room, fitness room and recreational room which includes a pool table and darts. The Common Building also houses a common kitchen area and laundry room and vending machines. 

The third housing location is on the third floor of the Clubhouse. This area has twelve rooms, varying in size, all with private baths and showers. The third floor has a common room with TV. All rooms on the third floor of the Clubhouse have the same amenities as the Ritz dorm rooms.

Housing is provided at $75 per week. This is payable by a payroll deduction. Meals are provided with housing.

Employees have the privilege of use of the athletic facilities (golf and tennis) after 3:00 pm each day at the discretion of the appropriate professional. There is also an employee beach that employees may use at any time before dark.
